Processing Times
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by a few days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Note: Overnight delivery is only available within Canada.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
shop-sbc.org is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred for shipments outside of Canada.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages or Lost Packages
shop-sbc.org is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim, as carriers may require proof.
